...ARCTIC FRONT LIKELY TO BRING SNOW TO THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS...

.A strong cold front will bring chances for precipitation early
Tuesday, along with much colder Arctic air. Temperatures will
fall rapidly and snow levels will fall through the morning, with
precipitation likely tapering off in the afternoon. A brief period
of moderate to heavy snow will occur in parts of the mountains of
North Carolina and far northeast Georgia.
